Dancing Magnolias

As a child I remember climbing huge magnolia trees that carried me away to imaginary places. Since then I have been enamored with their branches that offer up the most sweet smelling, elegant and hardy flowers. This painting is inspired by the dancing of the blooms in the wind and perhaps the weight of a child bouncing through the limbs.  I hope you can feel the breeze and movement as you look at them.

Due to the size of this piece it is currently only available for pick up. Larger pieces with or width of 30" or more are currently ONLY available  for local pick up in the Greenville, SC area.
