The Upstate of South Carolina has been home since I was 12 years old. My artwork generally reflects the beauty of the State from the mountain views to the coast as well as the local scenes around Greenville. The flowers, the markets, the trees and old buildings are too charming to resist. Using these inspirations I study light and it's amazing restorative effect using oil paint, brushes, palette knife, canvas and wood.
My work has been shown at Open Arts Studio on Main Street, GCCA's City of Women Exibit (winning honorable mention) as well as other local art markets over the past several years.
